Service Description

Classic Pilates mat exercises designed to meet your body’s needs and desired life goals. This express 25 minute private Pilates session is focused on concentration, control, centering, breathing, flow, and precision. All sessions conducted live online via Zoom. Upon payment of session Trainer will email you a private Zoom link within 24 hours of the session time. This service is only available for clients per Trainer approval.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations / rescheduling for all sessions and classes must be made 24hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
