Service Description

Package includes: Initial Assessment (90 minutes) --> scheduled online now by Client Private Pilates Sessions 5 @ 50 minutes --> scheduled via email with Trainer All sessions occur online via private Zoom link. Upon payment for this package you will receive a private Zoom link at least 24 hours before the first session. Initial Assessment Session includes: Health History & Birth Review Diastasis Recti Assessment Critical Connection Assessment Goals Discussion Education & Consultation Establishing an Action Plan Private Pilates Sessions include: Mat Pilates exercises focused on your needs and goals Development of a customized Home Program Practical guidance for implementation of Home Program Updates to the Home Program with each session Ideal for Post-Birth Mothers, Active Grandparents, and Diastasis Recti recovery. See Post-Birth Mom page for full details. Mothers need to be 4-6 weeks post vaginal birth, 6-8 weeks post C-section, with provider approval.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations / rescheduling for all sessions and classes must be made 24hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
