Service Description

Online 1:1 Live Pilates Session Initial Assessment (90 minutes) includes: Health History & Birth Review Diastasis Recti Assessment Critical Connection Assessment Goals Discussion Education & Consultation Establishing an Action Plan Online via private Zoom link. Upon payment for this session you will receive a private Zoom link via email at least 24 hours before the first session. Post-birth mothers need to be 4-6 weeks post vaginal birth, 6-8 weeks post C-section, with provider approval.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations / rescheduling for all sessions and classes must be made 24hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
